Domain/Hosting Account Information
To setup/migrate your data successfully, we will need to make several changes to your DNS. Please share access information to your domain and hosting client area so we can efficiently make these changes.
Please note that we will contact you at your preferred time of migration so you can authenticate our login into your accounts. This will take an estimated 5-10 mins so kindly make sure you are available during the time you have selected.
Prior to migration launch, we may still need you to authenticate access to several parts of your account. Kindly avail yourself to enable us facilitate the process.
DISCLAIMER:
Migration to/fro workspace tool will typically require changes to your DNS. There may be potential outage or breakdown of services due to some of these changes. Please assess your IT and software assets, infrastructure and posture prior to migration so you can easily flag these and repair post-migration, particularly your DNS rules. We would recommend you export some of these settings so they can be monitored or re-instated post-migration in the event of service failure.
